Provide the date, time, pickup, destination, passengers, luggage and preferred vehicle class. Stops, return travel, flight number and special requirements should also be entered as completely as possible.
Yes. Activate the return option and provide the return date and time. Use the additional information field for any route details that differ from the outward journey.
List the important stops in their intended order. If several appointments include waiting time, an hourly booking may be more suitable than separate point-to-point rides.
The flight number identifies the relevant flight and supports coordination of the arrival, meeting point and passenger contact. It does not create an automatic booking confirmation.
E-Class and S-Class are specified for up to three passengers and two suitcases. The V-Class offers up to seven seats and seven suitcases. Additional or oversized luggage must be declared separately.
Yes. Add the company name, invoice address and relevant internal references in the contact and billing step. Final billing details are coordinated with the booking.
