Yes. The service is not limited to large trade fair schedules. A single journey to a reception, dinner, venue or private event can also be requested.
FRALIMO coordinates chauffeur rides and selected transfer segments. Large shuttle concepts involving many vehicles require a detailed review in advance and cannot be accepted on a blanket basis.
Rides can be supported in German or English. Include the language preference and guest contact, particularly for international arrivals.
Meeting points and timings can change during a trade fair or event day. A reachable coordinator helps align guests, chauffeur and the event schedule without unnecessary delays.
Provide the date, itinerary, pickup and destination addresses, guest count, luggage, vehicle preference and coordinator. Flight numbers and return rides should be assigned clearly to each ride segment.
Trade fair, congress and event
FRALIMO coordinates journeys between Frankfurt Airport, hotels, Messe Frankfurt, offices, restaurants and event venues. Individual guests, speakers, teams and delegations receive a plan with clear pickup points and contact routes.
For trade fair days, landings, hotel check-in, appointment times and evening events are considered together. A Frankfurt Airport transfer can continue directly into the event schedule.
Changes are coordinated through the agreed contact and adjusted according to available capacity.
Messe Frankfurt distributes around 400,000 square metres of event space across ten halls, plus more than 59,500 square metres outdoors. “Messe Frankfurt” is therefore not precise enough as a FRALIMO meeting point: the hall, entrance or gate and reachable on-site contact are assigned to each journey segment.
E-Class and S-Class serve up to three passengers. The V-Class accommodates up to seven passengers and seven suitcases. Different vehicle classes can be combined for parallel journeys.
Here, a shuttle means a pre-arranged chauffeur movement; the number of cars, routes and timings are confirmed individually.
Early, accurate data makes the Frankfurt and Rhine-Main schedule easier to prepare.
A transfer connects one defined pickup with a destination. Shuttle service usually involves recurring or parallel movements between several points, such as hotel, trade fair and evening venue. Scope and timing are set individually.
One chauffeured limousine often needs only a specific route; several stops may suit hourly chauffeur support better. Multiple vehicles and time windows should be submitted through the central ride request with a complete schedule.
Pickups are possible in Frankfurt, Offenbach, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt and other Rhine-Main locations. For international guests, the journey can begin at the airport and continue via the hotel to Messe Frankfurt.
When only the FRA arrival needs arranging, the airport transfer page explains flight number, luggage and vehicle capacity.
Companies, hotels and event agencies can provide one responsible contact, guest lists, invoice address and internal references. For conventional appointment sequences, business-day travel planning complements the event schedule; German- or English-speaking chauffeurs can be matched to the guests.
For recurring corporate needs, the company coordination service supports the event plan. Vehicle classes and capacities are listed in the fleet, while how FRALIMO works explains the personal background.
An airport pickup, hotel transfer, Messe Frankfurt journey and evening event are four separate operational segments. FRALIMO assigns a pickup, destination, time window, passenger and contact to every segment, even when one request contains the complete programme.
Parallel arrivals, luggage and different destination times matter alongside the guest count. A V-Class can carry up to seven passengers and seven suitcases, yet simultaneous movements may still require separate ride segments or vehicles.
A real-world study of dynamic vehicle routing modelled how new and cancelled jobs alter an active daily schedule. FRALIMO therefore records a time window, the passengers and a reachable on-site contact for every trade fair or event segment. Any change can then be assigned to a specific journey and coordinated with both chauffeur and contact person.
