Service Classes
Arrival
Your chauffeur coordinates the pickup at Frankfurt Airport, assists with luggage, and takes you calmly to your hotel, office, Messe Frankfurt, or private address. English-speaking chauffeurs are available for international guests.
Departure
For departures, pickup timing is planned with a realistic buffer. Route, time of day, and flight departure are considered so you avoid taxi, parking, rental car, or train stress.
Onward Travel
From FRA, Fralimo drives to hotels, offices, Messe Frankfurt, private addresses, and destinations across Rhine-Main. Longer airport transfers, for example to Cologne, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, or Munich, are available on request.
Frankfurt Airport Transfer FAQ
FRALIMO needs the date, scheduled landing time, flight number, passenger count, luggage and destination. The meeting point and remaining pickup details are coordinated before the ride.
Planning considers the starting address, departure time, time of day, expected traffic and your preferred buffer. FRALIMO coordinates an appropriate pickup time; a fixed journey duration is not promised.
Yes. Travel can run directly from Frankfurt Airport to Messe Frankfurt, a hotel, office, restaurant or private address. Additional destinations can be included as stops in the same request.

Yes. An arrival transfer and a later journey back to the airport can be submitted together. Each direction should have its own date, time, pickup, destination and flight number.

Provide the airport or terminal, flight number, date, time, destination city, passengers and luggage. For longer travel from Frankfurt, the route, vehicle class and availability are reviewed before confirmation.
Arrivals and departures at FRA
FRALIMO connects Frankfurt Airport with hotels, offices, Messe Frankfurt, Offenbach and other Rhine-Main destinations. Flight, terminal, pickup time, passengers and luggage are included in the preparation.
The flight number, scheduled landing time, passenger mobile number, destination and passenger and luggage count help define the meeting point and suitable pickup window.
A German- or English-speaking chauffeur can be planned for international guests. Luggage assistance and guidance to the vehicle form part of the pickup.
E-Class and S-Class accommodate up to three passengers and two suitcases. The V-Class provides room for up to seven passengers and seven suitcases, including families, delegations and hotel guests.
Exact capacities and use cases are listed in the Mercedes-Benz fleet.
After landing, the ride can continue to a hotel, office, private address or Messe Frankfurt. Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt and other Rhine-Main destinations can also be planned.
For departures, the pickup location, route, time of day and requested terminal arrival are considered. Availability and pickup time are confirmed with the request.
The flight number connects the pickup with the correct flight and scheduled arrival. A reachable mobile number helps when the meeting point changes or the guest and chauffeur need to coordinate inside the terminal.
A changed flight does not guarantee that every later pickup remains available. FRALIMO's personally coordinated approach handles adjustments directly and subject to availability, so changes should be communicated as early as possible.
The official Frankfurt Airport flight search accepts an airline, flight number or airport; individual flight details can distinguish the terminal, baggage belt and exit. FRALIMO therefore uses the complete flight number as the operational key and checks the planned meeting point against current flight information.
Departures require the pickup address, airline or terminal, requested terminal arrival and luggage count. A journey from Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt or Offenbach also needs a suitable time allowance for that specific route.
Submit the details through Request a Ride. Return travel can be included so the outbound and inbound journeys are reviewed separately.
Business guests can continue from the airport to an office, hotel, client meeting or Messe Frankfurt. The planning of a complete business day covers wider schedules, while assistants and companies can find contact and invoice information in the corporate service area.
Families and private groups benefit from selecting a vehicle by people and suitcases. When several appointments follow the arrival, an hourly chauffeur booking may fit better than one direct transfer.
FRALIMO uses the flight number to connect an airport request with the correct flight and time window. It does not imply automatic flight monitoring, so changes to arrival timing or passenger contact should be communicated as early as possible.
Frankfurt Airport currently recommends at least three hours for non-EU passengers, about two and a half hours for EU passengers with checked baggage, and about two hours for EU passengers with hand luggage only. FRALIMO therefore plans the pickup backwards from the departure time and relevant airport lead time. Airline guidance, luggage, pickup location and expected traffic are included in the specific schedule.
Two travellers with several large suitcases may need more capacity than three people carrying hand luggage. FRALIMO therefore records passengers and suitcases separately and considers the V-Class when luggage volume matters more than unused seats.
