Yes. Companies can request one point-to-point journey or an hourly assignment, for example for a meeting, hotel transfer, client appointment or airport ride.
Yes. Assistants and office managers can arrange guest travel. Passenger name, contact, route, timing, luggage, language preference and flight number where relevant are required.
The invoice address, cost centre, project reference and internal contact can be added to the request. The exact billing arrangement is coordinated with the confirmed booking.
Yes. Business guests can travel between Frankfurt Airport, a hotel, office, Messe Frankfurt and further appointments. Arrival and return travel can be planned together.
Yes. Multiple pickups, stops and return journeys can be recorded with time windows and priorities. An hourly booking may suit a business day that needs flexibility.
E-Class, S-Class and V-Class can be requested according to guest, luggage and occasion. Different classes may be combined for delegations or parallel rides, subject to availability.
Rides can be supported in German or English. State the language preference together with passenger information and the preferred contact channel.
The chauffeur remains attentive and reserved. Ride and guest details are used for coordination; passengers should still manage confidential conversation and information appropriately.
Send an initial corporate request with route, schedule, passenger details, invoice needs and vehicle requirements. FRALIMO then coordinates the process, contact channel, availability and booking personally.
For assistants, office management and procurement
Companies can coordinate individual or recurring rides for executives, employees, clients and international guests. FRALIMO combines direct communication, clear invoice data and suitable Mercedes-Benz vehicle classes.
Date, time, pickup, destination, passenger and luggage count and a reachable contact are required. Cost centre, project reference, guest name and billing address can be added directly.
For recurring travel, known pickup points and preferences can be coordinated again without changing the underlying booking process.
Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR limits personal data to what is necessary for its purpose. FRALIMO applies that principle to corporate bookings: journey details, guest contact data and billing information are requested for their specific coordination or invoicing purpose.
A Frankfurt Airport transfer can connect a hotel, office, trade fair and later appointments. German- or English-speaking chauffeurs support international guests with clear communication and luggage assistance.
For several stops, hourly service may fit the schedule better than separate point-to-point rides.
E-Class and S-Class accommodate up to three passengers and two suitcases. The V-Class provides space for up to seven passengers and seven suitcases. Classes can be combined for parallel journeys; the vehicle class overview explains their use cases.
The Business Travel in Frankfurt page describes further use cases for the travel day itself.
Companies can request one client meeting, an airport transfer or a complete visitor day. Recurring travel is not assumed automatically; each schedule is coordinated with its current details and any known preferences.
When several stops are planned, an hourly chauffeur service may be more suitable than multiple separate transfers.
Business guests can travel between Frankfurt Airport, the city centre, hotel, office and Messe Frankfurt. Meetings in Offenbach, Wiesbaden, Mainz or Darmstadt can also form part of the schedule.
For speakers, delegations and evening venues, the trade fair and event service complements a standard business ride.
A reliable quote needs the route, timings, vehicle requirement, passengers and luggage. Previously coordinated company and invoice details can be used for billing; FRALIMO does not invent flat rates or unclear add-on promises.
German and English communication supports international guests and assistant teams. The personal approach behind FRALIMO remains the operating framework for companies; start through the shared request process.
The passenger, coordinating contact and invoice recipient are not always the same person. FRALIMO records these roles separately so the chauffeur receives operational information while the accounts team receives the relevant billing details.
Research on familiarity in recurring service routing shows that known customer locations influence service time and planning. For recurring corporate rides, FRALIMO reuses fixed pickup notes, contact persons and invoice details as the booking basis. The date, route, vehicle class and availability are still checked and confirmed for every individual assignment.
A total passenger number alone is not enough to plan transport for several business guests. Parallel arrivals, suitcases, destination addresses and departure times determine whether a V-Class, limousine or several ride segments make operational sense.
