Vehicle Choice
The E-Class suits individual business rides and private rides, the S-Class is ideal for executive and VIP arrivals, and the V-Class offers more space for families, groups, hotel guests and luggage.
Care & Preparation
FRALIMO vehicles are cleaned and carefully prepared inside and out before service, creating a well-kept setting for business guests, airport transfers and private journeys.
Comfort & Presentation
A calm interior, suitable luggage space and a well-kept Mercedes-Benz create the right setting for business journeys, airport transfers, events and private occasions.
The right fit, not only the right impression
The suitable vehicle class is not decided by the model name alone. The actual passenger count, luggage, occasion and available class for the date all matter.
Both limousines accommodate up to three passengers and two suitcases. The E-Class is particularly suited to business and private journeys; the S-Class creates a more formal setting for executive travel and special occasions.
With capacity for up to seven passengers and seven suitcases, the V-Class gives families, teams, delegations and hotel guests more room. It is often the better fit when everyone should travel together.
An unused seat does not guarantee room for another large suitcase. State passenger and luggage numbers separately, and describe oversized or additional items as part of the request.
E-Class, S-Class and V-Class vehicles form FRALIMO's own core fleet. You can request a preferred class; FRALIMO confirms the suitable available option and can arrange selected partner vehicles for additional requirements by agreement and subject to availability.
FRALIMO Field Insight
In FRALIMO's luggage test, the E-Class and S-Class comfortably carried a driver, 3 passengers, 2 large suitcases, 1 medium suitcase and 1 laptop bag. In the tested V-Class Long configuration with a driver and 6 passengers, 4 large suitcases plus smaller bags proved comfortable.
The test covered the non-hybridised 2022 Mercedes-Benz S-Class with 550 litres of stated luggage space and the non-hybridised 2024 E-Class with 540 litres. All seats remained upright. The usable-space factor was 75%, producing benchmarks of 412.5 litres for the S-Class and 405 litres for the E-Class.
A large suitcase measured 75 × 50 × 30 centimetres and had a calculated volume of 112.50 litres. A medium suitcase measured 67 × 45 × 28 centimetres and had 84.42 litres, a cabin case measured 55 × 40 × 23 centimetres and had 50.60 litres, and a laptop bag measured 42 × 31 × 12 centimetres and had 15.62 litres.
The comfortable combination occupied 325.04 litres, equal to 78.8% of the S-Class benchmark and 80.3% of the E-Class benchmark.
Adding 1 cabin case raised the load to 375.64 litres. This used 91.1% of the S-Class benchmark and 92.7% of the E-Class benchmark. The smaller bags needed careful positioning.
A larger combination of 2 large cases, 2 medium cases, 1 cabin case and 1 laptop bag reached 460.06 litres. It could not be carried without using passenger space.
The 2021 Mercedes-Benz V-Class Long had 1,030 litres of stated luggage capacity. The usable-space factor was 85%, producing a benchmark of 875.5 litres. With a driver and 6 passengers, 4 large, 2 medium and 2 cabin cases plus 2 laptop bags fitted comfortably. The 751.29-litre load used 85.8%.
A 5th large case raised the load to 863.79 litres and 98.7%. It required full-height stacking and repeated rearrangement. A 6th produced 976.29 litres and could not be carried with every seat available. A load of 4 large cases was comfortable, while 5 was the practical tested upper limit.
The findings apply to the stated model years, powertrains, seating configurations and bag sizes. State passengers and luggage separately so FRALIMO can review the suitable available class.

The owned fleet includes Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class and V-Class vehicles. The suitable class depends on passengers, luggage, occasion and availability.
The S-Class is the natural choice when rear-cabin comfort and presentation matter most. Passenger and luggage numbers, together with availability for the date, determine the final class.
Yes. Tell us your preference and FRALIMO will confirm the appropriate available class for the passengers, luggage and journey.
Tell FRALIMO before the journey whenever possible. The team can then check whether the confirmed class still fits or another solution is required.
