Plan your appointments and personal activities while FRALIMO prepares your journey. Your chauffeur collects you from your home, hotel or another agreed meeting point and takes you to a business meeting, dinner or private visit. You can request the return journey at the same time.
We personally coordinate pickup time, the order of addresses and passenger preferences around your day. Arrangements can be made in German or English. Your chauffeur opens the doors for you and helps load and unload your luggage.
We adjust the cabin temperature to your preference. Depending on the chosen vehicle’s equipment, your chauffeur can also help you adjust the ambient lighting and seat massage.

Hourly chauffeur hire is useful when you need several stops and waiting periods. Business meetings, shopping, lunch and a return to the hotel can form one personally agreed itinerary.
For a single journey to a fixed destination, such as from your hotel to an appointment, a point-to-point journey with our chauffeur service is usually the better fit.
Tell us the expected duration, order of addresses and planned waiting periods. If plans change, we agree new stops or an extension with you. Before sending your request, you can add specific time windows and other preferences in the optional details field.

FRALIMO operates its own Mercedes-Benz fleet with E-Class, S-Class and V-Class vehicles. The suitable class depends on passengers, luggage and occasion. The E-Class suits private journeys and business meetings, while the S-Class suits executive arrivals and special occasions. The V-Class provides more space for families and small groups.
We serve Frankfurt, Frankfurt Airport and the Rhine-Main region. You can also request a longer journey with your destination address and date. For Frankfurt Airport pickups, we agree the meeting point and procedure in advance.
Suitable partner vehicles can be arranged by agreement and subject to availability for additional capacity or special vehicle requests.

Hire a chauffeur for a day, several days or on a regular basis
When one appointment is not enough, we plan your private chauffeur for the whole period. You hire the chauffeur and Mercedes-Benz together for a day, for several consecutive days or on a regular basis, for example weekly or monthly. Longer and recurring engagements are planned and quoted individually, subject to availability and confirmation.
A full day
For a day with several stops, our package prices apply from four hours. Longer days extend the eight-hour package at its average hourly rate.
Several days
For visits, family occasions or trips over several days, we agree pickup times and routes for each day. A specific chauffeur can be requested, subject to availability. Standby on site is available on request.
Regular or monthly
Recurring appointments, for example weekly or monthly, are planned as a fixed arrangement with an individual quotation. You have a chauffeur at your disposal without employing a driver yourself. Companies can use monthly or consolidated invoicing.
Hourly rates and quotation
How much does a private chauffeur in Frankfurt cost?
An hourly private chauffeur booking in Frankfurt costs €80 per hour for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and €75 per hour for the V-Class, including VAT. The E-Class rate is €65 per hour, also including VAT. From four hours, the calculator applies our package pricing, including intermediate durations. Point-to-point journeys receive an individual quotation. Include any intermediate stops and planned waiting time in your enquiry.
The confirmed quotation includes statutory VAT, the stops specified when the quotation is prepared and the parking, toll and airport access charges agreed in the quotation.
Later route changes, additional stops or waiting time may change the price. Enter your journey details and request your personal quotation.

Rides and booking requests are generally possible around the clock, subject to availability. Short-notice journeys can usually be requested with at least two hours’ notice. We confirm availability for the journey separately. For urgent requests, we recommend telephone or WhatsApp.
Yes. A journey can connect Frankfurt Airport with a hotel, office or private address. For an arrival pickup, we agree the meeting point and procedure in advance. Active flight monitoring is available on request when you provide the flight number. Find out more about Frankfurt Airport transfers.
Fifteen minutes of waiting time from the agreed pickup time are included. If you need longer, we agree the conditions for additional waiting with you. For hourly hire, state any planned waiting periods between stops in your request.
Private customers can pay by cash, card or PayPal.
